From Parent Creator to Parent Entrepreneur

Your unfair advantage
Other parents don't want an app-building service. They want someone who understands a six-year-old's meltdown over a too-hard quiz and can fix it. Being a parent isn't incidental to this business — it's the moat. You speak the customer's language because you are the customer.
The natural progression
It almost always starts accidentally: you share what you built for your child, another parent asks 'could you make one for mine?' The first sale is a customization of something that already exists. From there, members typically follow one of three routes: custom builds for families, template packs sold to homeschool communities, or workshops teaching other parents the skill.
